- Allowed Dimensions: 180×252 px (min) to 252×360 px (max)
- File Size Range: 10 KB to 200 KB
- Accepted Formats: JPG
- Background: white
- Important Notes: Passport size (2.5"x3.5" @ 72 DPI). 80% face coverage. Ears visible. Name and date required on photo.
✍️ Signature Specifications
- Allowed Dimensions: 180×180 px (min) to 252×252 px (max)
- File Size Range: 4 KB to 30 KB
- Accepted Formats: JPG
- Important Notes: Black pen on white paper. Running handwriting only.
📄 Required Certificates & Documents
- Postcard Photo (4"×6"): JPG format, Maximum 200 KB (4"×6" Postcard size photo with Name & Date)
- Fingers & Thumb Impressions: JPG format, Maximum 200 KB (Left & Right hand impressions on white paper)
- Class 10th Pass Certificate: PDF format, Maximum 300 KB
- Category / PwD / Citizenship Cert: PDF format, Maximum 300 KB
