- Important Notes: Cursive handwriting only. Black or blue pen. No capital letters.
📄 Required Certificates & Documents
- 10th Certificate / DOB Proof: PDF format, Maximum 300 KB
- Graduation Degree / Marksheet: PDF format, Maximum 300 KB
- Category / Caste Certificate: PDF format, Maximum 300 KB
- PwD Certificate (if applicable): PDF format, Maximum 300 KB
